Shipping:

• Shipping charges quoted are only for the 48 contiguous states. Due to extra shipping costs, all orders for AK, HI, Puerto Rica and outside the USA must be submitted by email at wprice@pricecycle.com or by calling us toll free at 877-488-0726.
• We ship using UPS or United States mail.
• We ship within 24 hours of parts in stock.
• Orders under $100.00 Free freight with a $ 7.50 handling fee.
• Orders over $100.00 Free freight with no handling fee.

Returns:

• Jett Ink makes no warranty of any kind in regard to products distributed by us. We will pass on all warranties made by the manufacture and where possible, we will expedite the claim on behalf of our customer, but ultimately, responsibility for disposition of warranty claim lies with the manufacture.
• Call or write for authorization before returning any merchandise. And a RGA number will be issued.
• Returns for any reason other than warranty claim will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in saleable condition.
• We will not exchange a return for other merchandise.
• Returns must be shipped back prepaid CODs will not be accepted.
• RGA must be written on out side of package.
• Original invoice must be included in the package with a brief note with reason for returning.
